Common questions about how North Edge Outdoor works. Don't see yours — just ask.
North Edge Outdoor currently serves Edmonton, Alberta. Commercial opportunities outside our core routes are reviewed case by case based on service fit, route efficiency, and operational capacity.
Use the Request a Quote page and tell us a bit about your property and the service you need. We'll review the details and follow up with pricing or, for larger commercial sites, a site assessment.
Yes. We work with homeowners as well as property managers, apartment buildings, condominium corporations, commercial plazas, and churches.
Pricing is based on your property's size, access, condition, frequency, materials, travel, and overall scope. Any starting prices shown on the site apply to standard conditions — final pricing is confirmed in writing before work begins.
Both. Lawn care and snow removal are typically set up as recurring or seasonal service, while landscaping projects and cleanups are usually one-time jobs scoped individually.
Winter service timing is confirmed as part of your written scope, so you know what to expect during and after a snow event. If your situation is time-sensitive, mention it in your quote request and we'll address it directly.
Coordinated parking-lot plowing is available through North Edge's subcontractor network as part of a full-site plan. We're upfront when a piece of work is subcontracted rather than performed directly.
Yes — reach out any time by phone or email and we'll work with you on adjusting or ending your service plan.
Not currently. Our landscaping work covers property improvements, garden and bed refreshes, yard improvements, and property cleanup and preparation. We don't offer tree removal, irrigation, concrete work, or roofing.
Give us a call or send over your details and we'll get back to you directly.
